The Adults and Health Scrutiny Committee is responsible for:

·       Adult Social Care

·       Safeguarding

·       Public Health

·       All Health related matters including Children’s Health

·       Scrutiny of NHS and NHS providers

Two members of the Committee, Mrs Samantha Harvey (Chair) and Miss Gale Waller also attend, as the RCC representatives, the Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland Joint Health Overview Scrutiny Committee (LLR HOSC).
