Approve £192k for the refurbishment of the Old Nursery for provision of Mainstream+ provision at Uppingham Community College as approved at the SEND Programme Board.

Uppingham Community College develop a permanent capital solution, refurbishing the existing mobile building to provide two suitable teaching facilities, including kitchen and washrooms and other internal and external decor, to support Mainstream plus education.

Works commissioned should be line with the scope set out in the RCC commissioned Pick Everard feasibility study development - Option 5B
