6.	TREES, BROOKS AND THE LAW Mark Loran – Senior Environmental Services Manager, Rutland County Council 30 minutes for presentation and questions
7.	RUTLAND ADULT LEARNING SERVICES (RALS) Bob Shore – Adult Learning Manager, Rutland County Council 30 minutes for presentation and questions.
8.	COMMUNITY SHOPS Sheila Saunders, Gill Coleman and Pat o’Keefe, Barrowden Community Shop 45 minutes for presentation and questions.
9.	PARISH BRIEFING PAPER To receive the Parish Briefing Paper (27 July 2015) on issues currently affecting Rutland (to be circulated at the Forum). Parish Clerks and Representatives are asked to display the document on parish notice boards.
