Information about Planning Committee

The The Planning Committee considers and makes decisions in respect of:-

 

·       planning applications;

·       listed building applications;

·       applications for tree preservation orders;

·       matters relating to enforcement of planning control

 

Up until May 2024, the Committee also had responsibility for Licensing matters. These are now dealt with separately by the Licensing Committee.
