• Councillor Marc Oxley - Probity - Mr Oxley declared an interest on the grounds of probity as he had visited Mr Parsons’ home on a number of occasions and was Leader of the Independent Group, of which Mr Parsons was a member. Mr Oxley advised that he did not stand to gain financially from the application.
