Tracy is married with two grown-up children. She’s lived in Rutland since 1981 and has resided in Barleythorpe since 2017.
Tracy has a First Class Honors Degree in Health and Social care and is a Health and Wellbeing Programme Manager with the Office of Health and Disparities (OHID). She is very passionate about the five ways to wellbeing, which are: - connect, get active, take notice, learn and give.
Tracy has a varied work history, including nineteen years working in the criminal justice system, working for the National Treatment Agency and leading a Covid response team in Public Health England.
She is a newly appointed County Councillor and is keen to address antisocial behaviour and improve safety on the roads. Tracy also wants to ensure that Rutland is a place that both residents and tourists enjoy visiting.
Outside work Tracy enjoys running and swimming, when running in the Great North Run, London Marathon and Rutland Water half marathon and marathon she’s raised money for the Stroke Association and Phab Kidz.
